Creative Card Making

Hello friends! Today I am back with information on the new Stampin' Up! 2020-2021 Catalog, and to begin a series of posts featuring some of the fun cards I have recently made.

The Stampin' Up! New Annual Catalog released to the public on Wednesday, June 3. If you have placed an order with me in the last twelve months you should have received a catalog in the mail. Today I am featuring two cards I made using the In Good Taste Suite of products. I used the Tasteful Touches stamp set and the Tasteful Labels dies. I also used the In Good Taste designer series paper. It is the largest paper pack in the catalog as it has 24 sheet of 12x12 paper. There are lots of coordinating embellishments.

Ornate Garden Thanks Ever So Much

Hello friends, today I am back with another card made using the beautiful Stampin' Up Ornate Garden Suite. Today I used the Ornate Thanks Bundle, one of two bundles available within this suite of products. This set includes a ton of thank you phrases and beautiful border dies. 

I also used the embossing fold from the Ornate Garden Suite. I love this embossing folder. I used the Stitched So Sweetly dies to cut the scalloped rectangle.

Ornate Garden Faux Watercolor

Hello friends, welcome back to day two of Ornate Gardens. I have been very busy playing with this suite of products and if there is one piece that I like more than the rest, it is the ornate die used as a mat on the card above. I love the Ornate Layer dies! I am not ashamed to admit that I am a girly-girl who likes pretty visuals.

Ornate Style Bundle

The Ornate Layer dies may be purchased separately, or save 10% when you purchase the bundle. 

For this card I also used the large floral stamp in this bundle. I colored the stamp with Stampin' Up! stamp and write markers, spritzed the stamp with water, then stamped the wet stamp onto whisper white card stock. I love the watercolor effect this technique provides.
