Welcome Friends! I must tell you, I am longing for Christmas in July. Maybe it's the heat. Maybe it's the tradition in my little business of enjoy the Christmas in July "season." Maybe it's just the fun of Christmas at anytime. To help satisfy my longings, I have created a couple of fun Christmas in July cards, featuring the Les Shoppes suite.
I just love the building options with the stamps in the suite. Here I have used different techniques to create my cute Christmas home. On the card above I featured watercolor inks and beautiful Designer Series Paper as a background.
On the card below, I stamped, dry embossed, and inked the house before adding additional color with markers. I used the suite's dies to cut out the windows to allow for the watercolor house background to show.
Both cards were fun to create.
