Nothing says “I love you” like a homemade, heartfelt Valentine. Whether you’re throwing a DIY-decorated brunch for the girls or creating something extra special for your sweetheart, Cricut is here to help with plenty of inspiration.
Watch now as event designer and author, Courtney Dial from Pizzazzerie puts a funky, fun twist on a few Valentine’s Day staples with her Cricut in this how-to video. Below you will find four favorite projects created by Courtney that Cricut couldn’t wait to share with you.

Favor Boxes:

What You’ll Need:

Sweet Tooth Boxes Cartridge

Thick Cardstock of your color or pattern choice

Ribbon

Step-by-Steps:

1. Insert the sweet tooth box cartridge into your Cricut Expression 2

2. Select the box of your choice (we used the general square cupcake box) and size it to the dimension you want. We used an 11” size for our white box.

3. Pick the top (there are several options including a scallop and window box).

4. Use a glue stick, hot glue, or double sided tape to fold in and secure the box and lid.

5. Fill with a cupcake or favor and carefully slide the lid on top of the box.

6. Tie a bow on top with your favorite ribbon, secure a simple gift tag, and you’re ready to hand out your favors.
